...and thank you for visiting my website.
If you’ve read my books or magazine columns, or heard me speak over the years, you’ll know that I’m passionate about “Living an Awakened Life.”
It is a pleasure to journey with you toward yours.
Many blessings,
Jan Lundy

Simply put, it means living the truth of who you are. A person who is living in this way is on an intentional journey of self-discovery. It involves questioning, seeking, and in most cases, unpacking that backpack of beliefs you’ve carried around most of your life. Suddenly you’re excited about possibilities, about your growth—body, mind, & spirit—and you desire to live in a bold new way. You’re seeking resources, opportunities and like-minded others to connect with on a new path of life.
My website has been created as a resource for you on your path to awakening. Within its pages you’ll find inspiration, programs and resources to support you on your journey to living an authentic life—a life characterized by deep meaning, joy and inner peace.
I believe that the time to awaken is now, as the Buddha so aptly said. There has never been a more important time in our history to know who we really are and live from our highest potential. Time to connect with our spirit and the greater Spirit of which we are a part. Time to live from love instead of fear. The time is now to join with others and create personal and global harmony.

Jan will be on tour in 2008-2009 promoting her new book, Your Truest Self: Embracing the Woman You Are Meant to Be

Finding Peace Amid the Chaos
Don't you just love it when life throws you a curve? Just when you think you can rest on your laurels, or take a break from life's intensity, you are dealt another "something" to deal with. I don't know about you, but my sense is that more and more people are being asked today to face what may seem like insurmountable challenges: a diagnosis of a serious illness, job loss, or a divorce, not to mention children who find themselves drowning in troublesome seas...

If there's any thing women need today, it's a sense of their own value—not in the workplace or behind a mop, but through an awareness of their spiritual essence. We need to know that who we are is precious, what we have is needed, and that we are leading the way for all humanity. Through the shining example of the extraordinary women in Your Truest Self, we can all be inspired to move a little farther down our path of grace and strength.
